1. Acceptance

By accessing or using WhiskAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the latest version at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.

2. The service

WhiskAI publishes daily prayer times for cities in the United Kingdom and the United States, calculated using the Aladhan public API. We provide the information free of charge. We make no warranty that prayer times shown are exact for any specific congregational or personal observance. Always defer to your local mosque's published iqamah schedule for congregational prayer.

3. Acceptable use

You may use WhiskAI for personal, non-commercial reference. You may share links to any page freely. You may embed our prayer-time widget on a non-commercial mosque or community website with attribution. You may not scrape the site for commercial republication, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use the JSON API in excess of the published rate limit (30 requests per minute per IP address). We reserve the right to block or rate-limit access that exceeds reasonable use.

4. Attribution

Where you republish or embed WhiskAI content, please include attribution to "WhiskAI" with a link back to the relevant page. Underlying prayer-time data is sourced from the Aladhan API and remains subject to Aladhan's own terms of use, which require prominent attribution.

5. No warranty

WhiskAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Calculated prayer times may be inaccurate due to API outages, calculation errors, or local astronomical conditions; users should cross-reference with their local mosque for any congregational observance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhiskAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the site.

7. Third-party content

The site may link to or display content from third parties (mosque addresses, calculation methodology references, related sites). We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
